Finally Superset.se is back on track again!! Gosh, it has been such a hustle to get the site to work due to the virus that attacked the site. I have changed host, deleted the old WordPress template and paid a guy to upload the content all over again double checking no virus would get back in. FINALLY the page is running and I can blog again! Yeay!
I have so much to write about cause there is so much going on, but I start with a semi-new video from The Spit outdoor gym. A great, simple full body workout.

6 pullups (total 60 reps)
6 knee to chest (total 60 reps)
10 push ups (total 100 reps)
6 dips (total 60 reps)
No rest in between laps!
